Is she....

...3 months?
6 months?

9 months?
Or 12 months?

Its all so confusing because she is 3 months,
but by the size of her thighs and chins,
she fits into nothing marked 3 months.

SHE IS AmAzInG!!

We like to call her chubber lover.

It fits:)

Bird's the WORD!

Another awesome trip to Snowbird.  The kiddy hill is perfect.  Just look at the three amigos.  Shawn almost looks  like he is trying it out for the first time too.  HA HA HA!  He definitely wasn't though...and I have to say...for being a coach of older and more capable humans...he was extremely patient.

I was there.
And here is proof.

Isn't she amazing.  Did this most the time.  What a trooper:)

This was Evans second time on the skis and he did SO good.  Here he is giving mom a heart attack.  As soon as Shawn let go of the rope, every horrible scenario went through my head of him crashing, or loosing control and zipping off down a cliff or straight into a tree...but he proved my thoughts wrong and did it.  I looked at Rach and said I could cry.  Honestly after the first attempt at taking him I thought his poor little knee knockin' legs would never let him do the pizza pie.  HE DID IT...and I was so so so proud!!

This is completely Raegans element.  No stage.  No onlookers.  Just her. On the hill.  At her own pace.  Doing it...
all. by. herself.
She is completely in love.  And so am I when I watch her.  Pure happiness.
Big girl on the lift...
all. by. herself.
Did I say...this is her in her element?!

Evan...
Your a stud.
So are you dad.

Like father like son #1.

Like father like son #2.

Lovin life.  No worries in the world.

Seriously...this little guy we like to call Lennon was the cutest little button out there on that big ol' hill.  We couldn't stop smiling.  He was in Heaven.

Isn't this lady a dream or what?!  Cutest pregnant dream too.  Here she is (you can't really tell by the pic) boosting Holden up a little off the ground with her knee...jammed into his rear.  He was just-a-danglin.  But happy with the view of the hill.  We laughed.

Here is that cute little button...just cruisin'.  He is so awesome.

This is Dad and Evan just starting out.  I pulled my camera out and heard Rachel busting up hard.  Then through much laughter she says...'Shawns more amazing than Evan!'  I died.  Look at that pizza pie!  He has it mastered.
Like father like son #3.
Priceless.
The things we do...
regardless of what we look like...
all in the name of fun...
FOR THE KIDS!

This is before any runs were made.  I think Shawn was mentally preparing...

And last but not least...
Their first date.
Although its a love/hate relationship...
THIS WAS LOVE!

All in all, the night skiing in the middle of the week was amazing...for all parties.
I wish we could bag school, work, and all responsibilities in life...
and just play!!

Unbelievable.

I guess when your done...
YOUR DONE!

This is a first.
And this is no act.
She was drooling.

I guess this happens when your 3 years old is trying to keep up with the 7 and 5 year old ALL. THE. TIME.

Bless her.

Cant get enough!

Mornings these days are so amazing. Not really.  Never have enjoyed the mornings, but obviously after having kids...I HAD to! Ive adapted to a functioning level (although not super chipper:), but something about this added lil' baby thrown in the mix of Evan and Mayci literally at eachother as early as 7am...along with getting Raegan ready for school (which is no simple task might I add!)...plus breakfast...dishes...blah...blah...blah...
Lets just say...
anxiety from the moment my toes go from bed to floor:)

But,
getting a smile like this in the morning...
makes it doable.

And really...look at that FACE!!  I can't stand it!
Loves her brother...and brother LOVES her.
Beautiful.
Whats up mom?  Why so many pictures??

Watching Evan coax a smile out of his beloved baby sister is perhaps the cutest thing ever.  He is so so so so so sweet with her.  Really, truly...
Melts. My. Soul.
These two are animals together!
Animals!

Look at the love.  I simply can't get enough.

Wesly
You are my calm to the storm.
Thank you.
I love you.

Ski Bunny

Why do these pictures make my heart sing??

Because soon you shall see....

That while Mayci made snow angels...and Wesly slept on my chest...

I was able to watch this!!!

And this!!!

I sat there, seriously, with a smile on my face the whole time.
To watch my first child experience something that I grew up LOVING to do...
priceless.

And the fact that she LOVES it...
joy.

I would watch Rae come down...with almost a tear in my eye.  And then I would catch Evan with my tearful eye...and laugh out loud.  He was either on the ground tangled up in his skis, or on the slope between Shawns legs tangled up in his skis.  Unfortunately this took quite a toll on Shawns old man back, but I got a real good laugh. I don't know how my dad did it.  We had to have been older because I remember it like it was yesterday.  I remember thinking, "how can my dad ski backwards?!  I can't even get my own skis straight!"  And the first time on my board, well lets just say I was old enough to cuss him out the whole way down...over...and...over...and...over again!  GOOD TIMES!!

What a stud.  Makes my heart so proud.

Poor guys.  Better luck next time...in 10 years!  HA!

Uuuuuummmmm....really?!

Is this girl mine?!?!

Probably the most precious little face you ever did see.

Working up the smile...

There it is!

Thinking....
WHOA!

I have truly, honestly, and sincerely been totally and completely smitten by this little bundle of pure joy.  Truly.  In fact, not sure if its because I bathe her daily, but I noticed as I was putting lotion on her little face today after her bath, her chubby chubby cheeks were a bit dry.  It has to be from me mauling them all day.  Every day.  I will be real and say, I have enjoyed these last 2 cuddly months more than I have with any of my other kids.  Maybe its because she might possibly be my last.  Or maybe its because I feel a little more experienced rather than anxious!  Maybe its because I have 3 little people to share the joy with.  Or maybe its because I know it doesn't last long, and they really do grow up!  Who knows.  But I have thoroughly enjoyed every cuddle, snuggle I have with her.

Her first smiles came with gramma and papa in California last week.  And ever since then we can't get enough.  I enjoyed watching gramma as she tried to get Wesly to smile...all the while she would mention how silly we look while doing so.  Now, I catch myself thinking the same thing.  The way we tweak our voices, the things we say, and the faces we make...its no wonder they smile!!

Speaking of gramma and papa...I have to give them the greatest THANK YOU ever.  They rescued me.  Truly.  The invitation came from a sincere gramma who was fighting a serious bug but wanted so badly to help me so she offered her home to me and my crazy 4!  Gramma Trudy and Papa let us run them wild for 10 days, and I must say, I hope to be able to keep up the way they do when I am a grand parent. Rick and Trudy, thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting your lives on hold and spending that quality time with me and my kids.  Those memories are priceless, but more than that, you helped me come out from a weird little funk and gave me a new energy:)  I love you both so very much.

Wesly

My favorite thing to do while nursing is this.  Admire her little toes.  Squeeze her tiny soft little legs.  Feel her little teeny tiny bulges of muscle hidden under her fuzzy skin.  Its a sight I can't get enough of.  I always find myself thinking...how in the world does this work?  How does this perfect little angel grow so perfectly in my belly??!!  It never ceases to boggle my mind.  This perfect miracle.

She is the sweetest most precious little person that exists the face of this earth.  It is really scary how much I love her.    How much we all love her.  I write these words, and look at that picture, and feel the ol' knot grow in my throat.

CHRISTmas!!

These two are best buds.  Truly.  They played so so so so good all break looooong.  Both Shawn and I commented at different times how noticeable it was.  The presents from santa helped, but they are at a great age where they can actually play with each other and really compliment each other so well.  I absolutely love it and am so grateful for their relationship and friendship.  Its priceless.  Raegan will still always push the limits...I think she bruised his cheek here;)

This here, this big huge 'puppy', is all Raegan asked for for Christmas.  Can't you see the satisfaction in her face!  And this is all she got:)  Just kidding.  But I really wish I told santa that this is all she REALLY TRULY cared to get!

Yes, Evan got a kitchen.  But look at that thing...its sweet!  Its nicer than mine.  Thank you, santa's elves, for making this gift a possibility!  And you know who you are.  What a night of laughter:)  Santa justified this gift a little...because if Evan wasn't entirely thrilled with it, the 2 little gals will have a blast with it.  All in all, its a crap shoot anyway!

Love the smiles on their faces.  Makes it worth it...right?!

I mean really...that smile.  Its worth it:)

Love her little face.  Its perfect.

Going from one gift to the other in a matter of seconds.  Makes Christmas morning last a good 2 minutes:)  Wish preparing for Christmas was just as fast!
